00HELP Command Key Shortcuts


On this page we hope to show you the different things you can do with the command key. We have gathered these from the people we work with and the WebTV For Dummies book. If you know of more, please email on of the mods and we will add it

CMD button & Scroll Up ---- This will take you to the top of the current page. This is handy for those who want to get to the top of a page without having to use the slow scoll up button.

CMD button & Scroll Down ---- This will take you to the bottom of the current page. This is handy for those who want to get to the bottom without having to use the sloe scroll down button

CMD button & Delete ---- This will delete all text in the line you are presently on.

CMD button & Any letter ---- While in a Select Box will automatically scroll down to those beginning with that letter.

CMD button & R ---- By doing this, you will reload the page you are on at that moment. This is a very handy when you reload a page.

CMD button & Y ---- By doing this, you will bring up the Instant Messenger Screen. Easy way of doing it.

CMD button & W ---- This will bring up the TV PIP (Picture In Picture)..NOTE: This is only for Plus Users

CMD button & P ---- This will bring up the Printing Options For all units with a printer.

CMD button & F ---- This will bring up the Find box.

CMD button & G ---- When you enter something in the find box, this will let you search for the next occurrence of the word or words you find.
